ABOUT CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 2- Intercity- Qualifiers
Intercity Matches is a qualifier tournament where City Qualifiers winners respectively from Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai of Season 2 will compete in round robin format and the teams which secures top 2 positions will be qualified for the CONQUERORS INSIGNIA ULTIMATE BATTLE – Lan Finals.
Tournament Format and Rule
CONQUERORS INSIGNIA SEASON 2 – Intercity matches are played in round robin format and all the games are played in BO1.
Round Robin rules:
In points table, each win rewards 2 points.
Top 2 teams with most points will go to the Ultimate Battle.
If 2 teams have same points in points table, winner of Head to Head match between equal pointed teams will be qualified for the Ultimate Battle.
If 3 teams have equal points in end of the group stage the round difference in all the matches will be taken into consideration i.e. 16 subtracted by round lost in each match. The team with most round difference will be qualified for the Ultimate Battle.
A team must have minimum 5 members in Playtonia website with all the required details i.e. Logo and a unique team name.
Registered Teams can have a 6th player in their line-up as stand-in.
All the members of a team must have a steam id in their profile in Playtonia Website.
If possible Players upload their own photos in their respective Steam profiles.
Player Profile picture or Team Logo or Player name shouldn’t Contain:
Racist Image or text.
Irrelevant Image or text.
Trademarked and copyrighted images.
Registered Teams must keep checking mails,discord channel and updates in Playtonia.com website to see new updates on the INTERCITY QUALIFIERS.
Registered Teams must make sure show up on the game day as per schedule and play the game.
Qualifieng in INTERCITY QUALIFIERS tournament is the undeniable confirmation that you have accepted all the rules which in this document.
IN GAME RULES
Joining the Game:
Every team who is participating the INTERCITY QUALIFIERS must join the game server before 15 minutes of scheduled time and start the game on the scheduled time. The team which fails to join the game server before the scheduled time have 5 minutes of extended time to join the server and the team which fails to join the server even after the extended time period will get disqualified from the tournament.
Every team will have maximum of 15 minutes of pause limit per game and if the team exceeds the limit, they loses the power to pause the game in that particular game. So every team should use their pauses wisely.
If a player lags before any combat or exchange of damage is done, the team can use !stop command to restart the round freshly only if opponent team agrees and types !stop.
If the player disconnects after the freeze-time and both teams haven’t had any combat or exchange of damage players should finish the round and take a pause and contact the admin right away to take the backup.
If the player disconnects after the freeze-time and both teams had combat and exchanged damages the players should take a pause and wait for the round to end and wait for the player to reconnect and the backup of that round cannot be restored.
In case of server-shutdown both teams must inform the admin about the situation and wait for admin to take back of the match and reconnect to the server and match will be continued from their on.
In case of all the 5 members of a single team got disconnected the opponent team must make sure pause the game and inform the admin about the situation and wait of opponent team to reconnect to the game, The admin will take the back of previous round and the match will be continued from their on.
If the disconnected team fails to rejoin the server before 15 min after the disconnection. The opposing team will be announced as winner.
If a match is interrupted (e.g. server crash) within the first three rounds of the play, then the match should be restarted, if the match is interrupted after the first three rounds of play then the match should be continued where it was left off, with these changes in the configuration.
. mp_startmoney should be set to 5000 for the rest of the half.
. The rest of the rounds that have not been played should be played.
Additionally, our servers support the option of restoring match rounds and this feature can be used at the discretion of the admin.
IN GAME PROCEDURE
Only the Players of the specific match and admins of Playtonia can join the game.
Whenever a Player joins the game the system will automatically sends the player to his respective team.
Both teams has 15 minutes warm-up period before start of the match. Player’s personal settings everything should be done in warm up period.
When the players are ready should type !ready in game chat. When the all players are ready the game will start from map veto.
Map Vetoes: Only captain of your team will have veto power in game. The power to veto first will be given to 1st seeded team in bracket. Maps Played in INTERCITY QUALIFIERS are
Veto for Best of 1:
Each team captains bans 3 maps each. The 7th map left will be played.
Veto Order: ban/ban/ban/ban/ban/ban/last map is played.
After the map veto the team will have a 5 minutes time to be ready for knife round.
After the map veto a knife round game will be played when all the players type !ready. The winner of the knife round will choose side and the game will begin.
Each team has maximum of 15 minutes or 900 seconds of pause time per map. To pause the game a team member must type !pause in game chat. Pauses are allowed only when a player disconnects or lags.
In case of a game tie i.e. 15-15 rounds, an extra time with 6 rounds and 10000 start money will be played. Each team will play as both sides for 3 rounds each, team which succeeds to win 4 rounds will be announced as a winner and in case of Overtime tie i.e. 3-3, One more over time will be played with same settings.
ACTIONS AGAINST BREAKING THE RULES
Timing: The team which fails to join the game server before the scheduled time have 5 minutes of extended time to join the server and the team which fails to join the server even after the extended time period will get disqualified from the tournament.
If any team or a participant gets caught using cheats, abusing, using in game bugs to take advantage, smurfing, spam or advertising will be disqualified from the tournament. If any player found playing for multiple teams using multiple accounts, both the teams will get disqualified from the tournament.
If any team has doubt or found their opponent team is hacking or breaking any kind of rules, you have 15 minutes time after end of the game to send an email to email@example.com with the game details, screenshots and appropriate proofs. Playtonia officials will do the thorough investigation and will decide the penalty on the opponent team.
Vac Bans: If any member of the participant teams of INTERCITY QUALIFIERS - gets vac banned during the tournament, the whole team would be disqualified.
