CONQUERORS INSIGNIA MINI Season 1
[Online Qualifiers]

CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers is a tournament with up to 256 teams and prize pool of 50000 INR. The top 2 teams from CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers will get qualified for the Ultimate Battle of Conquerors Insignia.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY THE EVENT.

• A team must consist of 5 members or Gamer.
• A registered team can have 1 extra player as stand-in
• Every Gamer in a team must have their own steam account and Dota2 copy in his/her steam account.
• A Gamer must be 14 years old to participate in the event.
• A Gamer must play for only 1 team, if we find out a gamer is playing for 2 teams in this event both teams will face disqualification.

TEAMS RESPONSIBILITIES

• A team must have minimum 5 members in Playtonia website with all the required details i.e. Logo and a unique team name.
• Registered Teams can have a 6th player in their line-up as stand-in.
• All the members of a team must have a steam id in their profile in Playtonia Website.
• Team Captain of Participating team in CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers must join our discord channel. Join our Discord Channel
• If possible Players upload their own photos in their respective Steam profiles.
• Player Profile picture or Team Logo or Player name shouldn’t Contain:
• Racist Image or text.
• Irrelevant Image or text.
• Trademarked and copyrighted images.
• Registered Teams must keep checking mails,discord channel and updates in Playtonia.com website to see new updates on the CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers.
• Registered Teams must make sure show up on the game day as per schedule and play the game.
• Registering in CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers tournament is the undeniable confirmation that you have accepted all the rules which in this document.

IN GAME RULES

Joining the Game:
Every team who is participating the CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers must join the game lobby before 15 minutes of scheduled time and start the game on the scheduled time.The team which fails to join the game lobby before the scheduled time have 5 minutes of extended time to join the lobby and the team which fails to join the lobby even after the extended time period will get disqualified from the tournament.

Pauses :
Every team will have maximum of 15 minutes of pause limit per game and if the team exceeds the limit, they loses the power to pause the game in that particular game. So every team should use their pauses wisely.
In case of all the 5 members of a single team gets disconnected, the opposing team must make sure pause the game and inform the admin about the situation and wait for opponent team to reconnect to the game the match will be continued from their on.
If the disconnected team fails to rejoin the server before 15 min after the disconnection. The opposing team will be announced as winner.

LOBBY AND LOBBY SETTINGS

• Round matches untill Semi-Finals will be played in BO1 format.
• Only Semi-Finals and Finals will be played in BO3 format.
• The lobby settings of CONQUERORS INSIGNIA Season 1- Online Qualifiers is as given below:
• GAME MODE - Captains Mode, If the game crashes after the drafting the game will be hosted with All Pick mode with the same heroes.
• LOBBY PASSWORD - Will be decided by the Admins on match day.
• SERVER LOCATION - Singapore
• STARTING TEAM – The left seeded team will gets to be starting team.
• PENALTY-RADIANT- Disabled
• PENALTY-DIRE - Disabled
• SERIES TYPE – Will be disabled only on finals it will be Best of 3.
• Enable cheats - No
• Fill empty slots with bots - No
• All Chat - No
• BOT DIFFICULTY – Will be disabled
• VERSION – Tournament
• SPECTATORS - Enabled
• DOTA TV DELAY – 2 Minutes

ACTIONS AGAINST BREAKING THE RULES

Timing: The team which fails to join the game lobby before the scheduled time have 5 minutes of extended time to join the lobby and the team which fails to join the server even after the extended time period will get disqualified from the tournament.

If any team or a participant gets caught doing ghosting, abusing, using in game bugs to take advantage, smurfing, spam or advertising will be disqualified from the tournament. If any player found playing for multiple teams using multiple accounts or same account, both the teams will get disqualified from the tournament.

If any team has doubt or found their opponent team is breaking any kind of rules, you have 15 minutes time after end of the game to send an email to support@playtonia.com with the game details, screenshots and appropriate proofs. Playtonia officials will do the thorough investigation and will decide the penalty on the opponent team.

CONQUERORS INSIGNIA MINI Season 1 - Online Qualifiers Games will start from 25-06-2017.
All the round wise matches will be played in Best Of 1 matchs and only Semi-Finals and Finals on the last day will be of best of 3 matches.
** Timings may change as per the Playtonia requirements.
